          Ross & Silverman LLP is a boutique employment law firm based in Los Angeles, California.  Founding partners Melanie Ross and Lora Silverman each have over 25 years of experience representing California businesses and management exclusively in employment law matters.  


          Lora Silverman provides employers with innovative, preventative strategies that minimize risk, with a goal of reaching a positive outcome in the workplace when disputes first arise or are initiated by employees, administrative agencies or attorney demand letters. Recently, Lora added a mediation practice to her list of services, working with counsel and parties to resolve employment disputes at any phase of the claim process.


          Melanie Ross defends and litigates cases in state and federal civil court, private arbitration and in the Court of Appeals and California Supreme Court.  For clients who find themselves defendants in employment law cases, Melanie provides an individualized, focused and aggressive defense.
